1. Raw materials: corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour, etc. 2. Shape: By changing the molds and process technology, this line can produce different shapes of puff snacks, like ring, stick, ball, etc. We can provide you with molds. 3. Flow Chart: Mixer→ Screw Conveyor→ Twin Screw Extruder→ Air Conveyor→ Dryer→ Hoister→ Flavoring Roller→ Cooling Conveyor.
4. Voltage: Three phases: 380V/50HZ, Single phase: 220V/50HZ, we can make it according to customers' local voltage of different countries.
5. Capacity: 100-150kg/h, 200-250kg/h, 450-500kg/h.

Corn flakes,Breakfast Cereals are kind of breakfast with high nutritional value.They usually ues corn powder and other cereals as main raw materials, through mixing, extruding,flaking,drying,baking,coating and cooling,to get crispy flakes.It always service as breakfast cereals mixed with milk or coffee.But it can also be kind of leisure snacks.This process line can also make other shapes of cereals such as rings,balls,chocos,curls etc. The capicity has 150-200kg/h, 250-300kg/h.
Crispy chips, Sala,Bugles Processing line
This process line uses double screw extruding technique to replace the traditional steam boiling process. It includes mixing,cooking,extruding and shaping process,no needing boiler,with simple process,high efficiency and little pollution.The raw materials can be rice powder, corn powder,wheat flour individually or their mixture. only by changing the moulds, shaping or cutting machine, the shapes can be various;likes sticks,square sheet rib chips,diamond chips,wavy chips,pillow shapes and bugles etc.The capicity has 120~150kg/h, 200kg/h.
