Process of Pallet Mould Manufacturing
1. 3D pallet design mould flow analyzingAfter receiving 3D model from customers, our designer and engineer teams will discuss about the 3D design shortcoming to find if there is any place has the tooling problem. For example, de-moulding angle, strength, Pallet filling, deforming, thickness, texture etc. After mould flow analyzing, we will feedback to customers in details if there is any questions or problems.
2. Pallet mould designFor this step, we will talk about the key points pallet mould design, like steel material option, mould structure, cooling system design, components machining process and so on. DFM file will be sent for customers' checking.
3. Pallet mould manufacturingWe will start to make the pallet mould once receiving customers' approvel of mould design. Below is our mould manufacturing steps:
(1) Steel inspection to check the material quality and hardness.
(2) Machining to get the each parts, like core, cavity, insert etc.
(3) Assembling the mould parts together
(4) Mould trial test

A: The lead time of T0 sample depends on the mould structure, and generally it takes 20-70 days from receipt/approval of final drawings, deposit and mold design approval.
Mass production delivery time depends on the order quantity.
6Q: What's your payment condition?
A: For Mould: T/T, 40% Deposit with P.O., balance before shipment. Or 100% irrevocable LC at sight.
Part molding: 50% after PO confirmed, 50% after production finished.
7Q: What Hot Runner Brand will you use?
A: As per customers' demands, we can offer YUDO or Chinese local brand hot runner system.
8Q: What's your injection mould life?
A: 0.5 to 3 million shots guarantee, depends on your needs.
