| A: We have our own factory for OEM manufacturing product, also trade with all electrical parts. |

| A: One year or 1200hours (accord to whichever reach first) from Ex-Factory date. But based on some special project, we can extended our warranty period. |

| A: we can provide power from 6KVA-3000KVA. |
| Q4: Does your generators has global warranty? |
| Yes, most of our products like Cumins, ShangChai, Yuchai, Doosan power generator enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternator we use like Leroysomer, Stanford, marathon also enjoy the global warranty service, so you do not need to worry about the aftersales service. |

| A: Spare parts for about 3-5 days; Diesel generator set about 25 days. |

| A: We can accept T/T 30% in advance, and the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment or L/C at sight. But based on some special project and special order,we can do something on payment item. |
