Product Description
Single station Home Appliance Testing Equipment Dry Vacuum Cleaner Performance Test
Purpose of Dry Vacuum Cleaners Performance Test:
The system is mainly used to test the performance characteristics of dry vacuum cleaners, included dust removal ability, Air data and Energy consumption.
The equipment is controlled by PLC, and the servo mechanism drives the vacuum cleaner on the test carpet/floor to simulate the actual working conditions for the comprehensive evaluation test of vacuum cleaner dust removal ability / cleaning ability test. The equipment is set and controlled by PLC to drive the tested vacuum cleaner at an adjustable speed of 0-1M/s to remove dust reciprocally on the tested floor/carpet.
Standard of Home Appliance Testing Equipment:
IEC 60312-1 Vacuum cleaners for household use - Part 1: Dry vacuum cleaners - Methods for measuring the performance;

Why we measure the performance of a vacuum cleaner?
Vacuum airflow is by far the most important specification in terms of determining the cleaning ability of a vacuum cleaner. Measured in cubic feet per minute (CFM), it is the force of this airflow across a surface that picks up the dirt and moves it to the dust bag or container.
Cleaning ability is not just about vacuum suction power, even though this is an important element of vacuum cleaner performance.
