Q1. What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

A: We have a direct sweater factory, our MOQ of custom made styles is 50 pieces per style mixed color and size. For our available styles, our MOQ is 2 pieces.

Q2. Can I have my private label on the sweaters?
A: Yes. We offer both OEM and ODM service. It is OK for us to custom made your own logo and attach on our sweaters. We also can make sample development according to your own design.

Q3. Can I get a sample before placing order?
A: Yes. Before placing order, we can develop and send sample for your quality approval first.

Q4. How much is your sample charge?
A: Usually, the sample charge is twice of bulk price. But when the order is placed, sample charge can be refund to you.

Q5.How long is your sample lead time and production lead time?
A: Our sample lead time for custom made style is 5-7 days and 30-40 for production. For our available styles, our sample lead time is 2-3 days and 7-10 days for bulk.

Q6. How about the shipping cost?
A: Shipping cost depends on the order quantity, package size and shipping way like Express DHL, FEDEX, UPS ect. By air or by sea. To know the shipping cost, pls contact us for detail information and we will offer different options for your selection.
