Automatic compensation: No. 3-5 grinding motors are added with automatic compensation function. During the grinding process, the compensation size can be set for the motor according to the grinding amount, so there is no need to worry about the reason why the grinding wheel is not able to grind the plate.
PLC control: The touch screen can switch between automatic operation and manual operation. Under the manual operation interface, the work of any grinding head can be flexibly
started or stopped, and the processing thickness and the advance and retreat of the conveyor belt can be adjusted. In the automatic interface, it can start with one key, automatically adjust the processing thickness and calculate the length of the processed sheet within a period of time.
Electric compensation: All motors can be compensated electrically, and each motor is equipped with an independent control switch for advancing and retreating to avoid the cumbersome and damage caused by manual adjustment.
Upper and lower synchronous belt conveying: the feeding is conveyed by upper and lower synchronous belts, the clamping is tight, the loss is small, and the conveying is stable. The carrier is also conveyed by synchronous belt.
Pneumatic reversing grinding head motor:No. 2-4 motors use pneumatic to turn the grinding wheel out, which is convenient for disassembly and grinding wheel replacement, saving time and effort.
Frequency conversion speed regulation: directly operate the rotary switch on the panel, and intelligently adjust the conversion speed through the frequency converter, saving time and effort, and the speed change is stable.
Lubrication system: The oil tank connects the various motor parts of the equipment, protects the machinery and processed parts, and plays the role of lubrication and rust prevention.
Maintenance:
1. Before starting the machine, you should pay attention to check the wear and tear ofthe grinding wheel, replace the grinding wheel when not necessary, and ensure that the position ofthe nozzle is correct after
each replacement of the grinding wheel, otherwise it needs to be adjusted.
2. Lubrication:
A For the mechanical variable frequency speed changer located at the far left of the main engine, the lubricating oil should be replaced for the first time after 300 hours of operation for the first time. During the
replacement, the residual oil should be removed. After that, if it works continuously for more than 10 hours a day, it should be replaced every 3 months; every day Those working less than 10 hours should be replaced every 6 months. When replacing, unscrew the vent cap of the reducer to add oil (the oil level is at the center of the oil mark). When draining the oil, unscrew the oil drain plug at the lower part ofthe mechanical stepless reducer to drain the dirty oil. It is recommended to use 150# industrial gear oil (SY1172-80).
B The oil replacement system for the main drive turbine box directly connected to the mechanical stepless reducer is the same as that ofthe mechanical stepless reducer.
C For the grinding head carriage seat, add N32 mechanical oil to the oil tank to keep it well lubricated.
3. According to the quality requirements ofthe product in time according to the water quality, the water tank is often cleaned and the water is replaced in a short cycle.
Important Notes:
1. There is high-voltage electricity in the control box, and non-professional technicians are forbidden to open the box.
2. It is forbidden to open the control electric box with power on. Within 1 minute of turning off the power, there may be residual high voltages that are dangerous to human safety in the control electric box.
3. Non-design and debugging personnel are not allowed to modify the wiring and switch settings in the control box.
