Raw material: wood, waste wood and straws, etc. such as woodchips(palm, pine white pine, mahogany, pinus sylvestris, rubber tree),
bamboo shavings, rice hust, seeds shells, peanut shells, halm, pennisetum, wheat straw, corn stalk, cotton stalks, alfalfa grass,
bagrass, palm fiber, waste paper, non-physical material
Size:2-4mm (All the raw materials must be crushed into sawdust before going
to wood pellet machine.If not, you may need a wood chipper, wood crusher.)
Moisture: Generally, 10-15% is best for producing good quality wood pellet.

1.Crushing Process
a. If the raw material is big wood log with bark,we need wood debarker machine and wood splitter machine to make the wood with small size.
b. If the thickness of raw wood material is >10mm, and >50 * 50mm(L * W), we need use the Wood Chipper to chip them into small pieces.
2.Grinding Process
It can crush wood chips, shavings, wood, leftover bits and pieces , roughage, etc.
1.It adopts welded-steel plate construction, the main machine is embedded for seal.
2.Motor and crusher are direct-connected driving with drum coupling and built-in rotors. Dead-zone free crushing and better uniform granularity.
3.The magnetic selector on the upper part can sort out metal materials.
4.Forged hammers has symmetric homogeneous permutation, small vibration without blind angle, large crushing friction area.
5.After balance calibration, rotors can work reversely.
6.Operating door has safety interlock to make sure it can not be opened when running.
3.Drying Process
Rotary Dryer includes Stove and Main Rotary Dryer, which can reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%. Our stove is fueled by coal and biomass fuel, saving electrical energy largely.

The moisture content of raw materials must be controlled :10%-15%.
4.Galvanized hydraulic storage bin is mainly used for biomass particle production line, plays the role of temporary storage of materials, in order to ensure the continuous operation of the whole production line, can be used for the temporary storage of small wood chips, shavings, sawdust and other materials. Hydraulic silo is mainly composed of box, bottom frame, push and pull frame, fixed retaining wing, hydraulic cylinder and other parts.
5.Pelleting Process
Pellet mill machine is the most important equipment : Press raw material into pellet.

1.Stainless steel discharge cover, stainless steel top cover, stainless steel cutter, stainless steel lifting knife,stainless steel dust cover.

3.Slewing support is placed under, the dialing reducer is placed under.
4.Use Huixin brand hard gear reducer.It has greater torque resistance and is less prone to damage.
6.Cooling Process
New galvanized Cooler:To cool the pellets from high temperature into lower temperture.

7.Packing Process:
After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp. The packing process is necessary. In this process, we suggest our Semi-Auto Packing Machine to you.The weighting scope of this machine is 15kg-50kg per bag.
