Product Description The LZG413A intelligent integrated drilling and arch trolley is a dual rock drilling and vertical arch integrated trolley that meets the needs of tunnel full-section construction and the benching method. The machine features a rigid integrated frame engineering chassis and dual rock drilling arms. The standing arch frame features a dual arm design, with three grippers and two hanging baskets. It provides four-wheel steering, four-wheel drive, and two-way driving, and supports electric construction and diesel- powered emergency response. It is easy to operate, has a low failure rate, high reliability, compact structure and convenient maintenance.
Functional integration: multi-functional integration including tunneling and anchor hole construction, arch frame installation, charging, anchor installation, anchor grouting (optional), anchor net installation, etc
Wide range of applications: three-step, two-step, and full-section, meeting the rock drilling and arch construction requirements of various construction methods. Convenient operation: Local console + remote operation, suitable for high viewing angles when drilling rocks, and close viewing angles when erecting arches.
Equipment digitization(Optional): including cluster management, positioning function, video surveillance, walkie-talkie function, pre/alarm function,data management function, tunnel BIM technology and digital twin, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, remote control and other functions.
Rock drilling and vertical arching: Equipped with four operating arms, two double-triangular self-balancing rock drilling arms, two vertical arch arms, and three grippers, the maximum lifting force of the arm support is 2.5 tons, which can meet the installation requirements for prefabricated arch frames and precise positioning adjustment. The entire construction process takes about 1 hour.
Double slip structure: The company's unique double slip mechanism ensures stable and fast slippage.
Double hanging basket: The main and auxiliary vertical arch arms are equipped with expandable hanging baskets. After drilling is complete, anchor rods and auxiliary charges can be installed.
Grouting function: Optional grouting system can be used to quickly perform grouting operations after anchor construction.
