Driven by the driving shaft, the cylinder moves horizontally, rotates and rolls in a repeated way so as to make materials mix in three directions. In this way, different kinds of materials inside could be moved, scattered, accumulated and mixed so as to be fully mixed.
APPLICATION
1. The cylinder could move in multiple directions and phenomena of layer or accumulation of material could be avoided because materials inside suffers no centrifugal force. There is the remarkable weight ratio in different parts and the mixing ratio is also high. For those reasons, this machine is quite competitive among various mixers.
2. The loading rate of cylinder could hit 90%, comparatively higher than that of ordinary ones-50%. It's also feature by the high efficiency and short mixing time.

A: 15 months after the equipment is arrived at the destination port or 12 months after the installation and commissioning of the equipment, whichever comes first.
2. Q: Do you provide on-site installation and commissioning?
A: Yes, we do. If on request, we'll provide the guidance of on-site installation and commissioning. Usually one mechanical engineer and one electrical engineer to assist.
3. Q: How about the cost of on-site installation and commissioning guidance?
A: The cost consists of round-trip air tickets, room and board expenses, service cost (labor cost), and site transportation (or directly provided by client), which shall be paid additionally.
4. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
