Inner structure
Cross Rollers
Two group of cross rollers (total 9 pieces) rotate individually and move forward at the same time, so that to make sure of the grinding effect of the surface and transverse groove.
Disc Rollers
Two groups of disc brushes (total 9 disc brushes) rotate in opposite directions, and the speed of the roller is adjustable by frequency control. With the board own movement and the disc brushes rotating, the machine can realize the sanding of uneven surface and corner from different angles.

Lengthways Rollers
Two groups of long brush rollers are counter-rotating and can be lifted individually, which guarantee the sanding effect of all-round uneven surface and R-angle.
Features DTWMAC DT1400-P6 brush sander is widely used for the sanding of paint-free door, veneer door, mold pressing door, solid wood door, MDF cabinet, plywood, MDF, baby crib and furniture with PU PE UV Delta screen and PLC control panel makes it more easier to operate. Delta inverters and Schneide electrics With memory function, it can input 50 different sanding material data with one click. With linear guide swing device, the swing of stations are more stable.
