The processing technology

After molding, it can take annealing treatment glycerol bath annealing treatment, 160 degrees, 1-5 minutes; Or take air bath 160 degrees, 1-4 hours. The annealing time depends on the size and wall thickness of the product.

Polysulfone can be used as a C-grade insulation material to make a variety of high temperature resistant coil racks, switches, connectors, etc. Polyethersulfone can also be used as coil wire tube, coil frame, micro capacitor, etc. The glass fiber reinforced polyether sulfone can be used as silicon-controlled insulator, micro potential difference meter shell and integrated circuit socket.
