Mainly used in the biopharmaceutical industry 2ml-20ml, as well as 50ml, 100ml vial washing, drying, liquid dispensing, semi-stopping (including plugging), capping and other processes of continuous automatic production.
The design and production of the linkage line meet the requirements of the 2020 version of GMP.
Composition
- This vial filling line consists of QCL series vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, KSZ series tunnel sterilization dryer, KGS series filling and plugging machine and ZG series capping machine.

Workflow

Features
Divided into cleaning, drying and sterilization and filling and plugging and capping three working areas, each single machine has a specific function and can be accurately realized.

The parts in contact with the liquid are made of 316L material, high-quality silicone pipe or glassware, the outer parts are made of 304-2B stainless steel plate, and the rest of the parts are also in full compliance with the 2020 GMP requirements.
