The ZFH-25 automatic parallel seam welding machine is an automated equipment mainly composed of an automatic feeding mechanism, pre welding system, Y-direction seam welding head, Y-direction seam welding table, X-direction seam welding head, X-direction seam welding table, transmission mechanism, automatic feeding mechanism, nitrogen protection atmosphere glove box, bracket, and vacuum oven. This device can accurately align and perform spot and seam welding on ceramic metalized bases or metal bases and cover plates. This device is controlled by an industrial computer and a visual positioning system, with fast dynamic response and high control accuracy. In addition, placing the entire motion mechanism in a glove box with a nitrogen atmosphere can improve the welding effect.
