Specifications
T1100 is a high accuracy semiautomatic printing machine. The operator only needs to press the double switch button at one time.
High precision semi-automatic screen printing machine T1100
T1100 provide security, operator just need to press double-switch operating button, the machine will complete the whole printing process automatically. When the printing process is completed, operating stuff take out of PCB board and put it in boxes or into pick and place machine directly, and then put another piece of PCB board into the operating bench, another round begins.
T1100 uses SMC, Panasonic, Omron and other imported components, using PLC to control internal procedures.
T1100 equips imported linear guiderail, it features easy to operate, high precision, easy adjustment and a wide range of usage.
T1100 employs advanced PLC program control, with high precision control and low fault rate;
T1100 template's lifting and scraper's UPS and downs are driven by cylinder. Air-inlet and air-outlet is equipped with speed control valve, the cylinder speed can be easily adjusted.
T1100 scraper movement is driven by the motor, motor speed can be adjusted by motor speed controller;
T1100 scraper support moves by high-precision linear guide rail to ensure smooth, precision and stable movement.
T1100 scraper is stainless steel material and floating structure to ensure the stress even in the printing process.
