1.Brief introduction
PP raffia extruder is for making raffia yarn, pp film yarn, pp split film yarn, pp tape yarn.
The line is designed and manufactured by introducing and absorbing foreign advanced techniques, and by improving domestic equipment inadequacies-It is suitable for forming, and rolling various flat yarn of thermoplastic plastics, such as the polypropylene, high density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene, etc.

(1)Extruder head
♦The barrel heating with cast aluminum heater and sub-sections were controlled, the temperature in the range of 0 ~ 300 ºC, is by the temperature controller
♦Double-alloy treatment of screw, that can protect screw and suitable for 100% recycle
♦Material of screw and barrel is 38CrMoAlA,with nitride treatment ,nitride thickness up to 0.8mm,hard ,wear resistance, longer life
(2) Film lifting and cutting machine
♦Lifting and cutting part, and remove the water from film and spread it , make the final film with same size, compared with old-styled, it can make film more even and spread better.
♦Moving knife, can change film size easier and no need stop extruder
♦Pneumatic device and liner ,can move roller easier and display speed Synchronous
(3) Hot air oven
♦Chrome plated for heating plate, high hardness 400-1200hv,wear resistance, heat resistance
♦Material of heating plate is stainless steel ,thickness is 10mm,more durable
♦Heating by quartz tube, safety, energy-saving and efficient
(4) Stretch roller
♦Seven-roll mirror traction roller, after hard chrome and mirror treatment, chrome-plated thickness of 8s, wear, the surface is bright, no rust, high grade.
♦The extruder head, stretch roller , set the linkage device, can be adjusted separately at their speed, while in accordance with a certain percentage at the same time to enhance the speed, or reduce the speed, so that the wire diameter uniform, stable weight, easy to operate, save time and effort
