Application: This burger automatic packing line is mainly suitable for the packaging of round bread/bun/burger coming in multi-row/ multi-line. The packing line can directly connect to the production line to realize automatic continuous feeding , manual feeding is also vailable.Performance:1. The hamburger packing line is composed of 4 sets of separating conveyor, a feeding unit and an automatic packaging machine, it can make products in groups for round bread and other products. After photoelectric detection, controlled by the separating conveyor and the grouping device, the products are arranged and combined according to the setting, and then enter into automatic packaging machine and finish packing, achieve the effect of continuous, orderly production, low rejection rate and beautiful packaging.2. The packaging speed of single line is 30-40 bags/min (the speed depends on the product combination).3. The whole packaging line adopts 220V 50Hz power supply, as shown in the figure, the total power of one line is about 6.3kW (not including packaging machine). Advantages:1.
