CNC Valve Turning Milling Machine with Three Sides
Valve-specific machine tools are mainly used for machining valves, pump bodies, auto parts, engineering machinery and other parts. They can turn the end face, outer circle, inner cavity, thread and other processes of the workpiece. Applicable valves include: gate valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, stop valves, regulating valves, safety valves, check valves, etc. The machining process is controlled by a dedicated CNC system (or optional Siemens, Guangzhou CNC system, etc.), which can achieve automation, high precision, multi-variety, and mass production.
Machine advantage
The three-sides horizontal CNC turning and milling machine is a special machine tool for cast steel developed by our company based on the original special machine tool in view of the irregular pouring and riser of cast steel valves, large processing allowance and high cutting hardness.
1. The bed and the box are cast as a whole and the secondary tempering process is adopted. The single-side V-shaped guide rail structure is adopted. The guide rail is high-frequency quenched and artificially scraped to improve the overall stability of the machine tool and provide strong support for heavy cutting.
2. The machine tool is suitable for the processing of three surfaces that need to ensure parallelism and verticality, such as various cast steel valves, pipe fittings, fire hydrants, etc.
3. The processing efficiency is high. During the processing, the machine tool adopts the method of three power heads working at the same time. One clamping can complete the processing procedures of three flange outer circles, end faces, chamfers, inner holes, bosses, waterlines, stoppers, and grooving.
4. The machine tool is controlled by a CNC system, and the processing size is highly uniform. Only one tool setting is required to repeatedly process the same model of workpiece.
5. It saves labor. It is simple and easy to learn for those with CNC operation experience. One special machine is equivalent to the efficiency of three CNC lathes. One person can operate 2-3 special machines at the same time.
6. Workpiece material: stainless steel, cast steel, forged steel, cast iron, copper, etc.
