The CNC wheel hub bearing inner ring flange grinder is a machine tool specially used for processing the inner ring flange of automobile wheel hub bearings. The CNC wheel hub bearing inner ring flange grinder is mainly composed of a column, a workbench, a grinder bed, a servo motor, a ball screw, a grinding wheel shaft and other components.
The grinding wheel axis is a synchronous axis. The grinding wheel and the spindle are driven by a servo motor, which achieves an accurate match between the grinding wheel speed and the spindle speed, greatly improving the machining accuracy and efficiency of the grinding wheel. The ball screw feed system is used to achieve feed linearization, improving machining accuracy and efficiency. The electromagnetic centerless support is used to eliminate vibration and noise during the grinding process.

Maintenance
