Used Tire Shredder brief introduction:
The DGD series used tire shredder is a versatile, heavy duty,dual electric motor driven, two shaft shredding machine,avaible with various power and shaft speed configuraions to handle a wide range of application.
The used tire shredder uses two parallel shafts with interlocking cutting discs,as a result the material is shredded both lengthways and crossways. The cutting discs have tipped blades which grab the material and pull it down into the cutting chamber, making it particulary effective when shredding large hollow containers.
Without fitting with screens makes used tire shredder extremely avoid blocking, the shredding size is controlled by the width of the shredder blades. Auto-reverse and overload protection are standard features of the DGD heavy duty double shaft shredder.
A safety switch on the used tire shredder prevents machine startup when the front panel is open and the machine features emergency stop buttons both on the machine body and control panel to keep operators safety.
