Slide Way: Featuring dual V slide ways both left-right and front, the machine employs wear-resistant resin TURCITE-B. Precision hand-scrapped for smooth, wear-resistant operation, it is exceptionally suited for both forming and grinding tasks.
Cylindrical Straight Spindle: The heart of the machine, the spindle, is equipped with P4 ultra-precision angular contact roller bearings. This setup guarantees low noise and vibration, while providing high torque even at maximum speeds. Ideal for heavy-duty cutting and a variety of intricate grinding applications.
Automatic Lubrication System: Our innovative machine integrates a circulating automatic lubrication system. Once the main spindle activates, lubricating oil circulates instantly, ensuring forced lubrication for every screw and slide way, significantly reducing wear. An oil mirror is strategically placed above the column to continuously monitor lubrication status.
