3. The vertical and horizontal tables offer three types of feeds: manual, mobile, and mobile fast feed, with the mobile feed providing 8 distinct speeds.
This versatility meets varied processing requirements, while the fast feed ensures the workpiece quickly reaches the machining position, reducing non-machining time.
4. The lifting platform's Z-lifting can be operated manually or maneuvered, with interlocking mechanisms to eliminate unsafe factors.
5. The table's X-direction travel extends up to 800mm. The X, Y, and Z direction guide pairs undergo ultra-audio quenching, precision grinding, and scraping treatment.
These treatments improve machine accuracy and significantly extend its service life.
6. The manual lubrication device ensures forced lubrication of the longitudinal, horizontal, and vertical lead screws and guide rails, reducing wear and ensuring efficient machine operation.
Simultaneously, the cooling system adjusts the coolant flow by changing the nozzle size to meet various processing needs.
7. The machine tool operating system is ergonomically suspended on the upper right side of the machine tool for ease of use.
The operation panel features intuitive, figurative symbols for straightforward and efficient operation.
8. The turret milling machine spindle offers flexibility with options for R8, NT30, or NT40.
9. An upgraded electrical box and controller are included, featuring 110V and 220V output sockets for improved functionality.
