Structure and classification
The multi-ply fabric conveyor belt is composed of cotton canvas, nylon or polyester canvas as tensile body, and top and bottom covering rubber with various properties
Multi-ply fabric conveyor belt can be divided into cotton canvas (CC) conveyor belt, Nylon (NN) conveyor belt and Polyester (EP) conveyor belt according to different tensile layer materials
(1).Cotton canvas (CC) conveyor belt: A traditional conveyor belt, suitable for medium and short distance conveying materials.
(2) .Nylon (NN) conveyor belt: good elasticity, high strength, impact resistance, bending resistance, good flexibility, good grooving performance, small elongation, It is suitable for medium and long distance, high load and high speed conveying materials.
(3).Polyester (EP) conveyor belt: high modulus, small elongation, good heat resistance, impact resistance, It is suitable for medium and long distance, high load and high speed conveying materials.

6.How to choose conveyor belt
1. Accurately describe the name and nature of specific materials. In particular, particle size, temperature, acid, alkali and other corrosive and special requirements. Please explain if there is a temperature requirement, .
2. Explain the specific application situation and specifications (width, length, number of layers, thickness, etc.), especially the service temperature and loading capacity of heat-resistant conveyor belt.
7.How to transport and store conveyor belt
(1). During transportation and storage, the conveyor belt should be kept clean, avoid direct sunlight or rain and snow, and avoid contact with acid, alkali, oil, organic solvent and other substances, and be one meter away from the heating device.
(2). When the conveyor belt is stored, the warehouse temperature should be kept between 18-40 ºC and the relative humidity should be kept between 50-80%.
(3)During the storage of the conveyor belt, the products shall be placed in coils, not folded, and the conveyor belt shall be turned over once a quarter.
