APPLICATION INDUSTRY:
This machine is a gantry mobile CNC high-speed drilling and milling machine. It is mainly used for drilling, tapping and milling of workpieces such as steel plates, flanges, heat exchangers, tube sheets, and slewing supports. Carbide drills can be used for high-speed drilling with internal cooling. This machine is equipped with KND or Siemens CNC system bus control, convenient operation, can achieve automation, high -precision, multi -variety, small and medium -sized production.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
The machine is mainly composed of bed, worktable, moving gantry, vertical ram type power head, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, cooling system, centralized lubrication system, electrical control system and automatic chip removal system. For this series machine, wortbale and gantry they are separately, gantry moving on two bases, this kind struture greatly improve the processing stability and precision, high load-bearing capacity. High quality grey iron CASTING WORKTABLE. The machine bed and worktable are made of high-quality gray iron (HT300), and the stress is removed by two tempering heat treatments. In order to eliminate the resonance generated in the drilling process and prolong the service life of the alloy drill, the independent form of the bed and the worktable is adopted. Automatic chip removal and circulation cooling system reduce the nonproductive time and labor intensity. The operator only need to load and unload work piece and change the drills. Machine use Taiwan BT50 spindle, internal cooling type, high accuracy spindle. It can use carbide drill. Machine also adopts pneumatic tools cylinder, to make tools change more easier. The big power main spindle motor is driven by servo synchronization belt. This is can bear big scope of rotation speed. This CNC drilling machine is designed according to the workpiece features and precision requirements; it has compact form and is flexible, it meets the processing requirements better. 1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO INSTALL ONE MACHINE?The machine can be installed and operational in your facility about 5 days after receiving the machine. The machine is simple to install and most of the work is done by the customer prior to the service technician arriving at the customer's facility.
The machine arrives by standard container. You, the client, are responsible for offloading the YIKE machine from the transport truck and setting up the machine in his facility.
2. WHAT TRAINING IS PROVIDED FOR YIKE MACHINE?
Once you have notified YIKE that the foundation work has been completed, and you have faxed or mailed the Installation Readiness to YIKE, then the YIKE service technician will travel to your facility and do the final setup and calibration of your machine, and then spend time with your operators taking them through our simple yet thorough training program.
Your operators will receive training in: Machine setup and adjustment Machine maintenance and lubrication Fault finding and troubleshooting Programming of parts Importing of parts How to change the spare parts, like the punches and dies, the drill bits.
3. WHAT SOFTWARE TRAINING DO I RECEIVE?
The YIKE CNC MACHINES uses the industry standard PLC modules, so it is very easy to input some values into the machine software and send all parameters to PLC. If you are using some lofting software such as TEKLA, X-STEEL, or your AUTOCAD drawings, so long as it can be opened in txt format, our machine can convert the data into suitable machine data automatically.
