Order can be changed within a short time. Such two machines in use can achieve immediate order change without speed reduction. The slitting and scoring machine is featured by auto on-line speed tracking and also can be connected with the production and management system for good compatibility. It is equipped with fully servo control driven system for fast order change and accurate location. The slitter scorer is designed with three scoring types: convex-concave (three-layer sheet), convex-concave (five-layer sheet), convex-flat, which can be electrically switched. The scoring depth can be automatically controlled through computer for good linear shaping and easy bending.
