Product Description

1.Machine Features 1. The overall structure of the machine adopts T-shaped layout, the grinding head body moves forward and backward along the pallet guide rail (Z axis), the pallet moves up and down along the column guide rail (Y axis), the table moves about along the bed guide rail (X axis), and the spindle rotates clockwise.
2. The machine bed is a box structure, the internal reinforcement layout is reasonable, so that its strength is high and stability is good. The working table moves along the guide rail of the bed and can carry out stepless speed regulation.
3. The column is installed on the bed body, and a drag plate is arranged on the guide rail of the column. The annular gear ring mechanism with vertical feed is installed in the middle of the guide rail, which has high transmission accuracy, good interchangeability and convenient maintenance. The center error between the lead screw and the reducer shaft can be compensated by the cross joint in the transmission process.
4. Spindle bearing adopts bobbin structure, strong impact resistance, can be used for heavy duty grinding.
5. The horizontal movement of grinding head is hydraulic and manual, which is easy to operate. The vertical movement of the grinding head can be carried out in two ways: quick lifting and manual feeding, which is convenient and accurate.
6. The cooling water tank adopts funnel precipitation separation structure, which is beneficial to improve the surface quality of grinding.
7. Each guide rail adopts forced lubrication mode to ensure that the guide rail works under the protection of oil film and prolong the service life of machine tool.
