Features:
1. This product is unique equipment. The whole machine adopts cold plate electrostatic spraying + stainless steel frame structure. It is compact, sturdy, non-deformable, and easy to move.
2. Explosion-proof speed control box, which displays the rotation speed and temperature of materials in the kettle, explosion-proof stirring motor, and explosion-proof heating pot to control the set temperature.
3. The mixing system adopts ceramic bearings and mechanical seals to prevent the mixing rod from wearing and chipping. It is resistant to high temperatures, wear and tear, and has good sealing effect.
4. Use PT100 temperature sensor and glass thermometer sleeve.
5. The vacuum pressure gauge displays real-time vacuum and the pointer displays.
6. Crescent stirring paddle, 304 stainless steel + PTFE stirring blade; stirring rod material is 304 stainless steel. Covered with PTFE pipe, it has high strength and strong corrosion resistance.
7. Glass + PTFE discharge valve, no liquid accumulation side discharge, recovery of solution is very fast.
8. The constant temperature bath pot has a built-in heating ring, and the heating bath pot has independent temperature control and high temperature control accuracy.
9. The bottom of the bath pot is equipped with a drain port for easy replacement.
10. The bottom of the machine is equipped with a universal wheel with brakes, which can be moved as a whole and is easy to operate.
