Egg skin production line operation process steps
This machine can make crepe cake layers, pancake layers, roast duck pancakes, pancakes, etc. If the recipe is not
suitable for this machine, the user must adjust the recipe ratio. The following are the steps for operating the machine:
Step 1: Confirm that the conveyor belt platform height and fixation are correct, and adjust the conveyor belt platform.
Step 2: Pour the mixed batter into the hopper, and then the machine will automatically convey the slurry in the hopper
to the feed box under the mold through air compression. Step 3: Adjust the parameters on the PLC electronic
operation screen and press the power switch. Step 4: Adjust the baking time (usually about 5-15 seconds. The
preheating time can be set to about 30 seconds.) Step 5: Adjust the baking temperature. (Usually about 120-190ºC)
Step 6: Wait for about 10 minutes. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the value will appear on the
display screen behind the machine. Step 7: Adjust the height of the feed box to the appropriate position, and the
batterwill automatically enter the mold. Step 8: Lower the height of the feed box to a place where the mold cannot
reach it, and the egg skin will be finished. Or directly press the emergency stop/power off switch and the machine
will stop working. Crepe Makeer-Working principle
Working principle: The batter is prepared according to the requirements of the batter production process. After the batter
is heated and baked by a round roasting wheel, it becomes a spring roll skin or other flake food with a fixed thickness.
Technological process: put the prepared batter into the slurry bucket, when the roasting wheel is heated to the set
temperature, start the slurry pump to send the batter to the nozzle, operate the clutch lever to make the batter adhere
to the batter of the roasting wheel. On the arc surface, when the roasting wheel rotates through a certain angle, the
batter is cooked and automatically separated from the roasting wheel to form a spring roll skin with a fixed thickness
or wrap the spring roll immediately.
