3. The thickness of the upper plate of the main body of the press is 65mm, and two lateral heightening ribs are used to fix the equipment with multiple M16 screws. of filler products.
4. There are 8 guiding posts in the main body of the press, all of which are plated with hard chrome to ensure the orientation of the equipment.
5. The machine adopts the upper double high-pressure oil cylinder and the lower double lever connecting rod, which is linked up and down, which has the huge advantage of high-speed forming.

2. The control system adopts touch screen PLC control, and the servo motor feeds the film, which is accurate and accurate. The electrical part of the machine adopts modular assembly, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement. The original electrical cabinets are of CHNT brand.
3. The control system has an automatic alarm function. When the machine fails, the touch screen will display a fault alarm, prompting the cause of the fault, so as to quickly find and solve the problem.
Heating system:
1. The furnace plate of this equipment uses energy-saving stainless steel U-shaped heating tube, and the Aoyi digital display module independently controls the temperature, which can heat up quickly, save energy, and be durable.
2. The furnace plate can be moved back and forth through the aluminum support guide rail, which is convenient for adjustment, and the cylinder is used to lift and lower to prevent the sheet from being overheated in an emergency.
Input and output system:
