The excitation energy and core loss of the toroidal transformer can be reduced by 25% to 40%. The iron core of the toroidal transformer is wound by silicon steel tape, and has a continuous magnetic circuit, while there is an air gap between the E-piece and the I-piece of the laminated transformer, and there is a large air gap reluctance. main disadvantage. Production process control of toroidal transformer
1.Each process has corresponding work instructions.
2.Before mass production, the first article confirmation must be finalized and signed by the head of the design department and the quality management department.
3.During the mass production process, IPQC conducts real-time monitoring. If any quality problems are encountered in each process, the quality management team will be immediately organized to analyze the causes of the defects.And make improvement plans with the fastest time.
4.100% inspection of all properties in the production process, such as: no-load current, interlayer insulation, short-time loading test, high voltage test, etc.
5.The test instruments are complete, and all instruments are regularly sent to calibration institutions for calibration. Such as touch current tester, power supply, withstand voltage tester and so on.
6.After the product is finished, the quality management department will conduct random inspection. The packaging department conducts a full inspection of the appearance of the product during packaging. (Appearance inspection includes: finished product size, wire arrangement order, PVC lead wire length, terminals, and whether the appearance is damaged).
7.Packaging and put them in the warehouse.

1.Design ability:
have an independent R&D dept,designed by customer's specs and equipped with sophisticated testing instruments for sample testing and data analysis.
2.Incoming inspection:
1)after inspect the core apperance successfuly,then 100% inspect the iron damage.
2)test the insulation layer of enamelled wire and winding of enamelled wire.
3.Process inspection:
have corresponding working instructions for each process,confirm the first piece before mass production,IPQC carries out real-time monitoring.
4.Packing Assurance:Use standard export cartons,Wooden box or fumigation wooden board are optional by customer's demand,to ensure all products are in good condition to customers.
