Advantaged runner design which is better than other PET mold makers can solve PET preform leakage problem and improve cycle time and reduce injection pressure.
4---Water cooling system and Air outlet system.
Water cooling system not only on core, cavity, neck parts, but also on most of plates. Compared with other PET preform mould maker, we increase mold base to make bigger water channels and reduce mold base deformation.
Air outlet system not only on neck parts, but also we improve air outlet system on core with core sleeve at 2021.
