AOC-9031 Series Single Parallel Sliding Gate Valves (also known as flat gate valves) are one of the important types of control valves in the production process. Single Parallel Sliding Gate Valves have excellent opening and closing characteristics, featuring full bore, low flow resistance, good sealing performance, and easy operation. They are suitable for the transportation pipelines and storage equipment of refined oil products, wellhead devices for oil and natural gas extraction, and pipelines for media containing suspended particles and fibers.
AOC-9032 Series Double Parallel Sliding Gate Valves are also an important type of control valve in the production process. These valves adopt a unique metal contact structure, ensuring reliable operation and extremely high cut-off performance. They are widely used in emergency shut-off valves, vent valves, or large-diameter control valves under high-temperature, high-pressure, and extremely low-temperature conditions. Structural Features
Non-guided Structure Features
1. The gate does not have a guide hole, resulting in a compact structure, small size, and lightweight valve.
2. The gate can be designed with V-shaped, semi-circular, or pentagonal channels, providing the valve with regulating capabilities to adjust to any opening degree and meet the flow requirements of pipeline systems (see the right diagram).
3. The two valve seats are floating and have a soft-hard composite seal, ensuring a long service life. When the internal cavity pressure of the valve abnormally rises, the floating valve seat can automatically release the high pressure into the pipeline.
4. Grease injection valves are provided at the external seats of the valve body. During use, if leakage occurs due to seal pair wear, sealing grease can be injected here to prevent valve leakage.
5. A drain valve is provided at the bottom of the valve body to discharge accumulated impurities inside the valve.
Guided Gate Structure Diagram
1. When the valve is fully open, the guide hole in the gate aligns with the valve body channel to form a straight pipe section, allowing direct media purging (see above diagram).
2. During the gate's opening or closing travel, the valve seat always contacts and fits the gate. The soft valve seat can automatically scrape impurities off the gate during operation, making the flat gate valve suitable for media with suspended particles and fibers, while preventing seal surface damage from valve body thermal deformation.
