Honeycomb panel lamination machine
1.1.Description
HF(B)-1600 is used to expand and laminate the honeycomb paper core from the HCM to form the honeycomb paperboards. Honeycomb will be expanded and heated, and then paste the paper on top and bottom to get a laminated panel. It can use electric heating, Infrared heating, steam heating or hot oil (if available).one Honeycomb lamination line can produce 4000-10000m2/shift honeycomb panels .
1.2 features : Shenxi honeycomb core machine, whole line chooses Schneider, Omron, Delta/Mitsubishi , SEW or Yongyuan motors, all belongs to international brand, which can be found in local market. Height setting controlled by motor with encoder, all computerized, set on touch screen, simple and easy. 1-2 minutes to change a different honeycomb height. Honeycomb cutter, can produce the paper honeycomb from 6-100mm in one machine, a high variety of all products in market. Honeycomb panels would be within +-2mm after length cutting. Gluing rollers use the rubber roller or stainless steel rollers, both working in PVA and starch based glue. Gluing unit will be equiped with the automatic feeding system with level sensor. Whole line chooses the 9mm cotton belt press, heavy press on honeycomb panels avoid the paper shifting after lamination. Absorbing the moisture from laminated panels would be another advantage. This line would be equiped with in-line slitting and exhaust blower system, smooth cutting width and take the trimming waste out, you will have the exact finished final size after slitting& length cutting. Panel stacking unit will be included, lifter with conveyor, lifting according to stacking height automatically, make the operator easy to collect panels.
