Product Description
Application:
Open mixing mill (mill for rubber) referred to the mill or mixing machine, also known astwin-roll kneader. Placed by two levels and different linear velocity relative rotation of theroller, rubber raw materials cut, squeeze its plasticizing, mixing, made to meet therequirements of the production and processing blanks.
Structure:
This equipment is consist of Roll, Bearing, Frame, Crossbeam, Driver, The device for regulating the roll gap, Safety device and brake, The device for regulating the temperature, Lubricator etc.
Working Process:
Two roller mill (roll) at different speeds (struts. Velocity. Configfile The Velocity) is the relative rotation, the rubber is added to the roller, roller squeeze, due to friction (various friction) and adhesion(coherent force) the role of being drawn into the gap of the tworollers (roll gap), the plastic material in the gap are strongly squeezed (squzze) and shear (shear), so as to achieve the purpose of processing plastic materials.
