4.Machine tool accessories 3-jaw chuck, steady rest, Follow rest, thread-cutting dial is assembled in lathe, the main accessories are include 4-jaw chuck, face plate, and tool box. The specially accessories are include chuck cover, tool cover, and lead screw cover. There is welding bed legs and cast iron bed are available. 5.Main characteristics (1)The spindle supported by 3-pointed high precision bearings and all gears in headstock are precisely grinded, the spindle turns smoothly at high speed. High rigidity spindle system, with absolute temperature rising no higher than 35ºC. (2)The material of headstock is HT300, the material of feed box and sliding box is HT200, these boxes are machined after head treatment, it is stable and high-precision. (3)The bed=ways are made of high quality casting iron, and are all casting with the resin sand foundry technology and aging process. The bed ways are induction-hardened, with hardness around HRC 55-60.
