Feeding / Notching/Bending Characteristics:
Feeding :The feeding roller diameter 36mm and install encoder, ensure the feeding precision and speed.
Notching:1. Aluminum cutting use 20mm Taiwan PDF guide rail ,the knife 75mm , guarantee the smooth cutting with fast rotating speed and small cutting angle.
2. Cutting mode use motor lifting control ,more stable ,not easy damage material and noise small.
3.Use four-column design ensure the cutting stable and effect.
4. The notching deepness adjust by a key ,more easy and convenient .Otherwise you also can increase the configuration change to software adjustment.
Bending:Use double cooper shaft flat arc bending device , small radian beat and large radian extrusion molding ,processing speed fast and don't damage the material ,every day can finish 80-100 square maters letter.
