The bed saddle is fed along the X axis. The spindle turntable (B axis) is mounted on the bed saddle. The grinding wheel dressing table is installed on the turntable (B axis) to realize synchronous rotation with the motorized spindle. machine tool body guide rail using ball linear guide, high rigidity, good wear resistance. High positioning accuracy, fast moving reaction, low speed feed without crawling phenomenon. head box spindle C axis adopts servo motor direct high precision wear-resistant worm gear and worm pair (this worm gear and worm pair is clearance worm gear and worm, the side clearance adjustment is convenient). The front end of the spindle is equipped with special clamping tools for easy disassembly of the workpiece. the feed shaft [Z axis, X axis] uses high precision ball screw through the servo motor direct drive to achieve clearance drive, high transmission accuracy, high positioning accuracy. grinding head using high-power motorized spindle, can achieve stepless speed change, speed range is wide. The servo motor drives the CNC turntable to adjust the grinding Angle to ensure the machining accuracy. The feed mode of tail seat sleeve is hydraulic feed to facilitate disassembly of workpiece, and the whole feed of tail seat is manual. The grinding wheel dressing table adopts workbench assembly, and the dressing wheel adopts diamond roller. the machine is equipped with a magnetic separator, processing through forced cooling lubrication cooling effect. The grinding precision of the machine is level 5 and the finish is 1.6.
