Our products are made of polyresin/fiberglass/concrete/cement/ceramic
3..What's your MOQ ?
Our MOQ is base on the size ,if the size less than 10cm H, the MOQ will be 1000pcs;
If the size less than 30cm H, the MOQ will be 360pcs;
If the size more than 50cm H,the MOQ will be 100pcs;
If the size more than 100cm H,the MOQ will be 50pcs.
4.Can you provide me your catalogue and price list?
Yes, E-cataloguea are available. Pls let us know the products you are interested in, then we'll send exact catalgues.
Because we have 1000+ items, please select the items you are interested first, then we make the detail quotation for you.
5.Can you help me make my own design?
Yes, OEM and ODM designs are very welcome. Please kindly share with us your idea or design drafts.
We have done more than 300+ OEM projects for clients all around the world.
sample time will be 7-15 days, depending on the design.
Sample fee includes developing cost which is charged according to the size of product.
e.g. Product size is 20cm H, sample charge $200.If order q'ty more than 2000pcs, the developing cost could be refunded.
6.Can we have the logo on our products?
Yes,we can make your logo on the products.
There are 2 options, one is using decals, the other is to carve logo directly on prodcts.
7.Can you supply the sample?
Yes,we supply product sample.
Small size, sample charge $50 per piece;
Large size, sample charge $100 per piece;
If the order q'ty reach our MOQ, sample cost can be refunded. Please notice that client should bear the curior freight.
8.How about your quality guarantee?
We're 100% responsible for damage of full container goods if it's caused by our improper package.
We have very strict QC team and they will inspect goods one by one before and after painting.
9.What's the payment terms?
Small amount less than $1000, paypal, western union and cash are fine with us.
Large amount more than $2000, we accept LC at sight and TT at sight (30% deposit +70% balance against the copy of BL).
10.How about the shipping freight?
Pls kindly notice that goods can be shipped by curior, by sea and by air;
