CS1802-/14L facial tissue making machine working flow :The jumbo rolls which have been slit into the desired width are cut by the slitting cylinders,and then interfolded into interoverlapped rectangular facial tissue sheets.This machine adopts independent servo motor drive ,and automatic paper tension control. It features of high speed ,nice folding and easy operation . Can order steel to rubber embossing rolls,pneumatically separated. 2.Wallboard rack and Machine running stability and extremely good and fast.

2. Facial Tissue Auto Log Separator Under the condition of standard extraction number 130 and standard layer number 3,The efficiency can reach 8-10 logs per minute. When leaving the factory, the machine will be adjusted to 8 rolls/min,If there is any special requirement for speed, it should be informed in advance. After the speed is fully adjusted, the customer cannot raise or slow down the speed unilaterally,The related operation can only be completed with our assistance When changing specifications, if only the amounts of paper and the weight of paper are changed, but the packaging thickness of the paper is not changed, the number of paper can be set on the touch screen without adjusting the mechanical parameters. However, if the paper packaging thickness is changed, the related mechanical structure needs to be adjusted. The whole process takes about half an hour. The thickness of the paper that the standard machine can adapt is 50--110mm. If the thickness of the paper is less than 50mm or more than 110mm, it needs to be customized. The standard machine can accommodate a width of 75-110mm (or 150-220mm). If the width is less than 75 (or 150) or greater than 110 (or 220), it needs to be customized. When leaving the factory, all of the mechanical and electrical parameters in the case of customers no special requirements, all will according to the standard width to adjust (for example, the machine of 9 lines, is 1.8 meters in length, standard, then, all of the mechanical and electrical parameters in the case of customers no special requirements, all can adjust by the standard of 1.8 meters) if the customer wants to change the width of paper, for example by 1.8 m to 1.5 m, then the changes will be bigger, almost had to spend four hours.
