The ZW(F) series self-priming non clogging sewage pump is a novel product developed on the basis of repeated research on similar technologies at home and abroad. This pump integrates self-priming and non clogging sewage discharge, adopts an axial reflux external mixing type, and through the unique design of the pump body and impeller flow channel, it can not only eliminate the need for bottom valves and irrigation water like a general self-priming clean water pump, but also suck and discharge liquids containing large solid particles and long fiber impurities. It can be widely used in municipal sewage engineering, river pond aquaculture, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical, electrical, fiber, pulp and mixed suspension and other chemical media, which are the most ideal impurities
Pump Compared with similar domestic products, this pump has the characteristics of simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, and easy use and maintenance, which is the first of its kind in the sewage pump series in China. All technical performance indicators are leading domestically and have reached the international advanced level, with broad application markets and development prospects.
Scope of use
1. The ambient temperature is ≤ 50 ºC, the medium temperature is ≤ 80 ºC, and special requirements can reach 200 ºC. 2. The pH value of the medium is 6-9, which is made of cast iron material, and 1-14 is made of stainless steel 304 or 316L
3. The medium density shall not exceed 1240 kg/m °.
4. The self-priming height should not exceed the specified value of the pump, and the total length of the suction pipe should be ≤ 10 meters.
5. The suspended particle diameter is 60% of the pump diameter and the fiber length is 5 times the pump diameter.
