We recommend wooden box packaging to safeguard against damage during transportation.

Acceptance check Upon receiving the goods, please conduct a meticulous inspection: Check for packaging damage, leakage, and any product damage; Verify that the product quantity and accessories match your requirements; Ensure all machine details are accurate. If you discover any issues, please take pictures and contact us promptly.
10. Warranty period
We offer a one-year warranty. During this period, we will provide free replacement components if they are not intentionally damaged. We also offer lifelong maintenance services. After the warranty period, customers will be responsible for component and shipping costs.
We can provide on-site debugging and training for customers, but these services will incur additional charges. Customers must cover the airfare between China and the destination, and provide complimentary accommodation and meals for our technicians.
The 12-month warranty begins from the day the machine arrives. If it malfunctions, we will dispatch engineers to your factory within 24 hours of receiving notice. We continue to support maintenance even after the warranty period. Each CNC machine comes with English maintenance and operation manuals.

We accept purchase orders featuring customers' brands or trademarks.
