Saline water mixing system

Horizontal double shaft dough mixing machine
1. The mixing paddle adopts special angle design, which eliminates the problem of uneven axial direction.
2. The flour and water are mixed evenly, and the dough can contain more than 33.5% water, which makes the pastry stronger and more chewy.
3. Adopted special gear reducer transmission box, set perfect lubrication and sealing device, which greatly improves the working conditions of transmission device and increases transmission efficiency.
4. Equipped with timing alarm device, stirring to the specified mixing time will automatically generate a signal. And equipped with emergency stop button and other safety devices.
Ripening conveyor
1. The concept of stationary fermentation dough is introduced into mechanization, and the conveyor belt feeding realizes the first-in-first-out of materials.

Compound pressing

Noodle cutting

Hot air dryer

3. Adopting blower and finned radiator with steam as the heat source, the cycle drying is carried out in sections to ensure uniform drying and less energy consumption. The thermal efficiency can reach 45%~50%.
4. The layout of the radiator is optimized, the blower is equipped with butterfly valve at the inlet, which can adjust the size of the supplementary fresh air flow, and the line speed of the chain belt can be adjusted by stepless transmission.
