Installation Instructions
Working principle: put the materials into the sieve basket evenly and evenly, put them into the rotating cage, close the upper cover, and the machine will automatically start up and work. The centrifugal force of the rotating cage will make the moisture of the materials in the basket throw out of the basket and be discharged by the drain.

1 Place the machine on a solid, dry and ventilated level ground to ensure that the machine works stably and reliably.
2 Check whether there are foreign matters in the basket and rotating cage and clean them to avoid damaging the machine during operation.
3. The voltage used by this machine is 220V~, and confirm that the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage used by this machine; The power switch shall be installed outside the machine body before entering the line.
4. Extend the power cord, reliably ground the core with grounding symbol, and connect the other two
The wire core is respectively connected to the full-stage disconnection large-distance power switch; The incoming and outgoing parts of the power line and the machine shall be fixed and sealed to prevent water leakage and electric leakage.
5 Check the photoelectric control probe at the rear of the machine cover. The correct position is to align with the through-hole of the follower disc on the left side of the cover hinge. The distance between the follower disc and the through-hole is 5-7 mm. Check that there is no error. Close the power switch and the upper cover for no-load test run. The test run can only be carried out if there is no abnormality at all parts.
6. The machine shall not have shock vibration or abnormal sound during the no-load test run, otherwise, the upper cover shall be opened, the machine shall be shut down and the power supply shall be cut off for inspection, and the machine can only be operated after the fault is eliminated.
7 Before work, connect the drain to the drain pipe or align it with the drain hole on the ground.
8. The operating speed and working time of the machine have been preset before leaving the factory. The operating speed is preset to 800 rpm, and the time for running a working cycle is preset to 1 min (60 seconds). The user can make necessary adjustments according to the use situation and requirements, but should not exceed the maximum rated speed of the main shaft of 1200 rpm.
