Introduction
Machine Body
The machine body is welded with steel plate which is a closed frame structure. Two drive rollers position are fixed andthe rotation of the two rollers is driven by hydraulic motor. The movement of the driven roller positon completed by the expansion of the hydraulic cylinder. The movement is stable, safe and reliable.
Motor
15KW Motor driven by large torque hydraulic pump (MODEL WKY-6800ID602)the hydraulic oil cylinder has diameter of 250mm and stroke of 300mm. It can be rotated in the positive and reverse direction to ensure positioning accuracy when bending.
Main Shaft
The main shaft is the main executive component of the equipment. It has sufficient strength, stiffness, surface hardness and machining accuracy to ensure the reliability and life of the equipment. diameter of Drive shaft is 150mm, and diameter of feeding shaft of oil cylinder is 180mm.
Molds
Three molds are installed at the end of three main shafts, and torque is transferred by the guiding flat key. The molds are connected by bolts which can be replaced conveniently.
Hydraulic System
The main function of the hydraulic system is to drive the rotary motion of the hydraulic pump and provide the force for the two drive roller.
Pump station is the power source of hydraulic system. Provide the power required by the system. Powered by motor and pump. the outlet of the pump is equipped with overflow valve and pressure relay for system safety protection. When the system pressure exceeds the pressure set by the relief valve, the valve will open and the system pressure will be released. When the overflow valve fails the pressure relay will be cut off for protection if pressure exceeds. The main valve in the hydraulic system and Pumps, filters, motors and seals adopt the famous brand with good quality. The whole hydraulic system design is reasonable and reliable, with air filter to ensure normal breathing and water evaporation. Oil temperature & level gauge shows the hydraulic oil quantity and temperatureof the hydraulic oil in the tank. The system pressure and pressure fluctuation can be observed visually by pressure gauge.

Machine Structure
This machine consists of 3 rollers. The high speed of motor outputconverted into the required low speed large torque by the transmission device (coupling, hydraulic motor, hydraulic oil cylinder, gear, etc.) which drivers the two drive rollers to achieve rotary motion, providing torque for movement of material and the third driven roller control the bending diameterby moving the hydraulic cylinder forward and backward. Three roller into isosceles triangle distribution, by adjusting the movable roller to adjust the bending radius, with the help of the compaction of the driven roller and the rotation of two drive rollers, make profile needed after several continuous bending.
