VMC1050 Vertical Machining Center.
The machining center is an automatic tool changer and tool magazine added on the basis of ordinary CNC machine tools, and has other auxiliary functions, so that after the workpiece is clamped once, it can continuously and automatically complete drilling,expanding, reaming, boring, tapping, milling and other processes in multiple planes or multiple angle positions, with highly centralized processes.
VMC is applicable to: precision and complex parts processing; Periodic repeated production parts processing; Multi station, multi process centralized parts processing; Parts processing with proper batch.

Features of machining center
It can automatically change the spindle speed of the machine tool, the feed rate and the movement track of the tool relative to the workpiece. Some machining centers have double workbenches. While the workpiece on one worktable is being processed, the other workpiece can be loaded and unloaded on the worktable in the loading and unloading position, and then the processing (loading and unloading) position can be changed, thus saving the total processing time.
