ZBJ-09 MID-speed paper cup forming machine is a multi station high-speed automatic machine producing both single and double PE coated drink cups, ice cream cups through continuous process of automatic paper feeding, sealing, oil injection, bottom cutting, heating, knurling, curling and stacking. The machine adopting hot air system, PLC control, servo motor driving, full-automatic failure warning, counting, detection, stopping, etc.

Q1: What is the difference between my machine and the machine from other company?

Four shafts we use is 30 mm diameter.
While other companies use 25 mm diameter.


All our machine use big 125# gear box , machines can work stably than normal type .

Q2: if the machine break down overseas, what is the effecient to solve the problem?
A2: Basially , the machine is easy to operate, the engineer can teach the client how to fix the machine by video or email. And the engineer are available to overseas.

A4: T/T 30 % as the deposit, and the balance payment should be paid before delivery.
