Product IntroductionDOYENTRONTEX® fiber is an UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular weight Polyethylene) fiber developed by BJTYZ about 20 years ago.DOYENTRONTEX® fiber has a unique combination of properties. The density is slightly less than 1 g/cm3, so the fiber floats on water. But the tenacity is the highest in the world and can be up to 15 times that of a good quality steel. The modulus is very high and is second only to that of special carbon fibers grades. Elongation at break is as low as for other high performance fibers, but due to the high tenacity the energy to break is high. Nowadays DOYENTRONTEX® fiber has been used in lots of application areas. Advantage High strength and high modulus,the tenacity can be up to 15 times that of a good quality steel

Beijing Tongyizhong New Material Technology Corporation (BJTYZ) is a National High-tech Enterprise specialized in R&D, production and sales of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber and its composites. BJTYZ which is subordinated to State Development Investment Corporation and held by a Public Company Sinotex Investment Development Co., Ltd was established in 1999 with a registered capital of 80 million RMB. Through 20 years' fast development, BJTYZ has become a word-famous high performance fiber supplier that employs over 500 staffs and covers plant area of 50000 square meters.
BJTYZ, one of the first domestic enterprises doing industrial technology research on UHMWPE fiber, launched the research since 1994, and has become one of the three companies took the lead in realizing the industrialization of Gel Spinning of UHMWPE fiber. As a leading enterprise in UHMWPE fiber, with 20 years' development, BJTYZ has its own complete intellectual property rights for key technologies. They have filed 45 patent applications, among which 30 inventive patents have been authorized, including 1 European patent and 1 Korean patent.
