Product Description
10G SFP+ AOC (SFP+ to SFP+)
The SFP+ Active Optical Cables are direct-attach fiber assemblies with SFP+ connectors and operate over Multi-Mode Fiber (MMF). This AOC is compliant with SFF-8431 MSA standards. It provides a cost-efficient solution compared to discrete optical transceivers and optical patch cables and is suitable for 10Gbps connections within racks and across adjacent racks. The optics are completely contained inside the cable, without LC optical connectors to clean, scratch, or break-dramatically increases reliability and lowers maintenance costs. AOCs are most often used for creating 1-30m short switch-to-switch or switch-to-GPU links.

Mvslink reisted and established in 2012, headquartered in Suzhou, with research and development laboratories in Shanghai, a production factory in Suzhou, and a sales office in South Korea. Focus on the rapidly growing markets of cloud computing data centers, telecommunications, and 5G wireless, as well as consumer AOC products. Committed to building a semiconductor optoelectronic integration platform and aiming to become a leading brand in the global optoelectronics field. FAQQ: Does the cable work with Cisco Nexus Switches?
A: Yes, we have tested it.
Q: Why should I trust your compatible transceivers?
A: Besides the price advantage we have compared to branded transceivers, compatible transceivers also maintain the same performance and reliability. To satisfy our customers' needs for high performance, all of our transceivers are tested multiple times in mainstream original brand switches in our test center before being shipped out.
Q: Can this cable be used in the stack port of the Cisco Meraki series device to achieve the switch stacking?
A: No, it can't be used in the stack port of your device. Mvslink DAC & AOC can only be used in the business port of the switch to achieve virtual stacking, but can not be used in the stack port to achieve physical stacking. The stacking through the stack port of the device belongs to physical stacking which needs a specific stacking cable, and it is under development for now.
