1.1 Machine Body
Casting, meticulously treated through natural aging and artificial heat treatment processes to ensure optimal deformation resistance and heightened durability.
1.2 GW and RW (Regulating Wheel)
GW: Features a robust double support structure with a hydrodynamic bearing design for the spindle, maximizing grinding rigidity.
RW spindle: Double row cylindrical roller bearing structure, ensuring superior rotational accuracy.y
RW employs a durable double supported structure, with spindle lubricated by grease for a long-lasting life; requires no additional oiling.
RW: integrated with a reliable gearbox for RW spindle transmission.
1.3 Feeding
This machine boasts a double-sided movement layout, with the work rest securely affixed to the bed.
The feed guide rail of the RW frame and GW frame features a flat V-shaped plastered guide rail for enhanced stability.
Both the RW frame and GW frame are driven by a precision servo motor with ball screw, offering a minimum feed accuracy of 0.001m.
1.4 Dressing for GW and RW (6 Axes)
GW dresser:
Equipped with a linear guide for the reciprocating guide rail of the GW dresser.
The servo motor drives a ball screw for feeding and reciprocating, maintaining a fine minimum feed of 0.001mm.
RW dresser:
Incorporates a linear guide for the reciprocating guide rail of the RW dresser,with a servo motor driving the ball screw for feeding and reciprocating,
ensuring a precise minimum feed of 0.001mm.
1.5. Cooling
Features a state-of-the-art cooling tank with a magnetic coolant separator and paper tape filter for optimal performance.
1.6. Electric
The operating system utilizes the advanced Q series PLC system by Mitsubishi.

Includes an efficient loading and unloading mechanism; a cantilever type lifting device for handling grinding and regulating wheels; and the SBS dynamic balancing system for GW.
