The machine is mainly composed of a frame, a shell, a material dial, a cutter, a transmission part, and a discharge cover.
When working, put potato materials into the hopper, and the material is guided by the spouting trough on the rotary dial to rotate along the shell wall, and the cutting knife installed on the shell wall cuts the vegetables into strips, and the cutting french fries come out from the material cover.
The material is fed by the guide groove on the rotating material dial; the inclined knife and the arc-shaped beveled big knife are used for cutting.
It has the characteristics of cutting noodles, cutting vegetables, easy operation, and low consumption.
The parts in contact with vegetables are made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel, which meets the requirements of food processing machinery hygiene standards.
