1.Working principle
Put raw material into batch cooker. Batch cooker will cook and dry raw material by high temperature steam and high pressure, the temperature can be more than 140 ºC. After cooking and drying, the final product is meal and oil. Meal is used to be animal feed and fertilizer. Oil is used to be industrial oil and soap.

4.Main machine part
Crusher: Cut animal to be small pieces. Small pieces can be transported easily.
Batch cooker: Cook and dry raw material by high temperature. Make raw material to be meal.
Press: Get oil from meal after cooker.
Cooling machine: Make hot raw material temperature to be cool, the temperature will be reduced to be room temperature.
Milling machine: Make meal to be smaller pieces according to requirement.
Packing machine:pack meal automatically
Waste air treatment: The hot waste air will go to dust catcher. Dust catcher will get some meal from hot waste air. The balance waste air will go to condenser. Some hot waste air will become to be water. And waste air will be become water in washing tower. It will remove bad smell and discharge.
